Quotes & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not reserve an event date.
A booking is confirmed only after the requirements stated in the applicable service agreement have been completed, including payment of the required retainer and execution of the service agreement.
The final approved quote, event details, and signed service agreement govern the services provided for a booked event.
Alcohol
The Traveling Toast is a mobile bartending service and does not sell or provide alcoholic beverages. Clients or another legally authorized party are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages for their event.
Any alcohol shopping guide or quantity estimate provided by The Traveling Toast is for planning purposes and is not a guarantee of consumption or required quantities.
The Traveling Toast reserves the right to refuse alcohol service when necessary for safety or legal compliance, including service to minors, guests without acceptable identification, or visibly intoxicated individuals.
Pricing
Website prices and estimates may vary based on event details, guest count, service duration, staffing, location, requested services, venue requirements, travel, and other event-specific circumstances.
The client's final approved quote and service agreement determine the actual contracted price.
Cocktail Images & Inspiration
Cocktail photographs and examples displayed on the website are provided for inspiration and may not represent the exact drinkware, garnish, ingredients, presentation, or final appearance provided at a particular event.
Intellectual Property

Event Agreements
These website Terms & Conditions do not replace the Mobile Bartending Service Agreement entered into for a booked event. If there is a conflict regarding event-specific services, payment obligations, cancellation terms, or other booking terms, the executed service agreement and final approved event documents will govern to the extent permitted by law.
